Youth NGO Iskra is a non-profit, non-governmental youth organisation established in Mykolaiv in 2004 and working nationally as well as internationally.

Our long-term vision is a more tolerant, multicultural and diverse society in Ukraine. On the way to this ideal, we focus primarily on topics of intercultural and interreligious dialogue, tolerance and diversity, human and minority rights and active participation of young people.

Our overarching goal is to improve the competence of young people and widen their personal and professional horizon. We aim to reach that goal by increasing mobility of young people through involving them in trainings, youth exchanges and voluntary service abroad, thus offering an invaluable experience of living and working in a multicultural environment.

Youth NGO Iskra is a member organisation of UNITED for Intercultural Action (a European network against nationalism, racism, fascism and in support of migrants and refugees) and the IDA Network (International Development Alliance).
